About

I represent the Navy's leading analytical force on radar systems, providing in-depth analysis, reporting, modeling, and simulation on radar related research, development, testing, evaluation, and the worldwide production, proliferation, characteristics, and performance of radar systems.

With a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, I bridge the gap between advanced ML research and practical defense applications. My work spans deep learning for medical imaging, domain adaptation techniques, and large-scale radar modeling and simulation systems.

Currently, I lead radar modeling initiatives while pursuing cutting-edge research in transfer learning and artifact robustness for medical imaging, combining technical expertise with analytical leadership.
